I share my love of yoga by leading a practice that is both spiritual and grounding. With my roots in Ashtanga Vinyasa, I encourage my students to warm up, open their hearts and look within. My focus is on the intersection of breath and movement and how this union creates strength and harmony within my students. While living in San Francisco for 8 years, I worked in the literary arts and soon became restless as my budding desire to deepen my yoga practice began to bloom. I decided then and there that I wanted to make a career out of strengthening bodies and healing minds. A California girl through and through, it took a journey to Italy to devote myself to yoga instruction. I fell in love with the discipline of Ashtanga Vinyasa where I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Florence. With over 15 years of yoga experience, I am now living my dream as a professional yoga instructor and wellness enthusiast in Southern California. Whether teaching a powerful vinyasa class or a meditative gentle flow, I lead a healing practice that is rooted in my own experience of the restorative powers of yoga. I see yoga as a way to celebrate being strong, centered, and present, wherever you are.
